yes you can change your processor but you definitly have to change you mother board and ram as processor fittings on a mother board changes every now and then and P3 had SD rams where as P4 work on DDR ram................you may save money if your ram is a DDR as some ram on P3 m/b were DDR at that time

It is possible, find out what socket you board is, then go to http://www.newegg.com and go to CPU's click which socket your mobo is and all of the processors that will work with your mobo will show up. (go to the manufacturs website and go to help and support to your computer then go to cpu info.)

not unless ur mother board supports it. so you may have to upgrade your mother board to upgrade your processor. and you may require more ram.
