Canary Wharf,Boat along the Thames.London Dungeons right next to London Bridge Station is a must.Trocadero and the Rainbow Cafe(Great time.) at Piccadily Circus Station would also be fun for them.Selfridges Shopping Center at Bond street station as well.
Also London Zoo near St Johns Wood Station,is a good day out.
Just out of London,you have legoland as well,which I am sure at their ages,they would enjoy.

London Eye, Madame Tausawds ( got Kylie ), Toy museum Bethnal Green, Hamleys toy shop

definitely see London Eye and Wax museum and trafalgar square,Big ben, leicester square
