I'm on the Negative side and I'm wondering whether I should just rebut the argument like usual or should I go against the proposal totally and state that men and women are equal? Choose whichever that seems to be able to bring the best points forward.

One cannot generalise - there are some men who are more intelligent than some women and there are some women who knocks spots off men in the brains department. Some people know a lot about a few topics and others know a little about lots of topics - who's to decide who is the most intelligent?

First, you would have to establish what do you mean by Intelligence. There are many kinds of intelligence: spacial, mathematical, musical, artistic, conceptual, imaginative, etc.
Secondly, every individual is consistently different in the degree of capability of use of the different modalities of intellectual skills. To some extent, since people excel in what they like most, intelligence is a matter of taste.

I don't know? In most things men are much smarter than women, but women have us beat when it comes to such things as being a parasite and mooching off of society, ex-husband, etc. They also have us beat because they don't live by any ethical code so they can manipulate, etc without feeling remorse.

Women are smarter than men, because women can do multiple tasks at a time, while men can only do one thing at a time.
