LMAO.......i mentioned this in one of my earlier answers......but yes.....greatest ever.......
i still insist that van damme is much more entertaining........ok cmon who else does 743 spinkicks per movie????? ......does the splits at least 6 times........who else has perfected the beautiful art of instant replay action???..............who else has a 6:1 kick to punch ratio???.......and norris' voice is no comparison to van damme's in pure sillyness......van damme is back in shape, yeah!!........."want some advice?, take your fancy clothes and your black silk underwear, and go back to disneyland"........."wrong bet!"..........ok and norris' is nowhere near the athlete......i mean van damme was crazy ripped....and could you imagine norris doing 4 consecutive leaping spinkicks???......pfft........AND, the guys name is a cuss word!!!.......chung chwah!!!...........ok lets compare clothes....very funny on both ends.......tight jeans and cowboy boots for the norris......hot blue ballet tights with hot blue muscle shirt....you know, those muscle shirts he always wearin with the neck down to the nipples.......priceless......
they both used the "i beat him up a little, he beats the sh*t out of me til im almost dead, then i have a miracle comeback and beat him in 30 seconds" but i give credit to norris cuz he did it first......but van damme took that to the extreme in every movie.......plus van damme really ran with the "invincible huge opponent" thing every time......
im sorry but norris just doesnt measure up to van damme....and if you saw him dance in kickboxer you would agree with me...hilarious....and do you remember when he was crucified in cyborg??? how did he get down???? by KICKING of course!!!!........what other way?????.......multiple kicks is the answer to every problem!!!!......
btw for some reason norris never made movies where he entered and underground fighting tournament.......which is 75% of van dammes movies.......

One time, a big shot movie
producer approached with a screenplay starring himversus king kong, gidorah,
dracula, satan, charles bronson, and that russianboxre from Rocky IV. The
movie was never made though bc the studios felt that it was too far fetched,
since nobody but nobody stands a chance against Chuck NOrris. When Chuck
found out, he was so furious that the producer had to offer his daughter's
virginity to appease him. Chuck accepted the offer and then torched the
producer's family in their sleep. The producer even wrote Chuck a "thank-you"
letter for sparing his life, which Chuck promptly crumpled up and wiped his *** with.
