Any trade is going to be a good job in the UK be it plumber electrician or carpenter as not enough people are training for these jobs have you tried to get a sparky to come do a little job? also bear in mind the new laws about doing electrical work on your own house- its now illegal - meaning we need even more sparkies

Pay rates fluctuate according to the success of the building industry. House electricians need a good work base as they do not always make a successful living.
Most electricians I kow want out, but they always go back to their trade.

yeh it's o.k if your a good electrician you can earn good money. Testing and inspection of installations is now very important and becoming more so all the time. Get good at this and call me i'll give you a job.

Not really as we dont actually have electricity in the UK, all of our power is supplied by old fashioned mills,and 12-14 yearolds cycling outside the houses and businesses
So I dont think there would be a lot of money in it

time of the year not a lot of work people dont want
