Congratulations on winning. Organize a talent show so people can show off for the school. Make a class video so people can remember the year. Start a movie making contest and have an awards night. Organize a lock in at your school where on a Friday night, everyone gets locked in to play games and do other activities.

When I was in school in Michigan eons ago. We had the most fun doing things we had to sneak to do. But we also had fun at organized school things like building floats, having a carnival that we made our own booths .... We had a Tug-o-war tournament. But, one of the funnest things was having a Jail where if you become a prisioner (paid by a friend, enemy or secret crush that purchased a warrant for your arrest) a prisioner placed in custody by school police (students). Taken out of class and placed in a highly visable cell for public viewing for the hour or lunch... We made alot of money on this! and it was fun!

How about organising field trips instead of lessons? For example, you could take them to chocolate factories. :)
