After all, you are the ones that got our country in the mess it is in now...oh wait, you benefit from it dont you?

Now, the AMERICAN PEOPLE have voted in people that can be a potential help to America, you get totally pissed. You think that you can push your moral values on other people...while at the same time, rob the poor man of everything he has. What's moral about that? And dont say i dont know what i am talking about...i see it everyday.

You think that the country will go to hell huh? Gay marriages, abortions...etc. NO WHERE in the constitution does it say that marriages have to be man and woman, or that you are not allowed to have an abortion. Its America, we have the right to chose! And you know it, and thats why you get so mad, isnt it?

Yeah, but I dont think that a person who makes 2000 dollars every two weeks should get cut the same taxes as someone who makes 500 every two weeks, that is unfair to the little man...

I dont know about war funding getting cut, becasue no one wants another 9-11 and the dems are smart enough to know that...as for high taxes. It is hard at first, but as we saw with Clinton, it paid off in the long run. It helped the economy...you know?

no..no you are wrong. I pay the same taxes out of my check as my sister. She is a hotel clerk and i am an accountant...i make tons more money than her and she still gets cut most of her check, thats wrong when she doesn get aid from teh gov. FYI...if you work you dont get any aid from teh gov. she gets like $25 in food stamps, and i gladly pay my taxes to know that she will eat even if she doesnt have medical insurance...its not all what you think it is...you need to have been there to know...

Roch Cop: You call me an idiot. You are the one who cannot do simple math...okay? The rich man makes more...not everyone has kids in college, mmk? I am an accountant and I have seen it, okay. The current tax system is not fair by any means, to anyone but the super rich...

Nice rant, they have nothing to be mad about as the people have spoken. It is the democracy part of our republic. If we as Americans do not like the direction the country is going in we vote to change it and that is exactly what happened. I am also hopeful as Karl Rove through his mouth piece George Bush could not scare Americans into staying the wrong course. Yes it is a glorious day for America.

That's why there are constitutional amendments passing state by state.. Oh, and please tell me where the constitution gives us a right to an abortion, to universal health care, to allow the government to tell us what we can and can not put in our bodies, to tell us where we can smoke (i'm a non smoker)? Neither party is good, the Democrats are just worse.

So you're a member of the party of death. The party that has no ideas, but runs on an "I'm not George Bush" platform and wins solely because the Republicans in the House and Senate were corrupt...

In America, we also have the right to bear arms, and why is there this drug war? Neither party has been good for America....

FYI: The incoming party is further to the left than the Republicans were to the right (they were far to the left when it came to the role of government) and are just as if not more corrupt. We are replacing bums with bums. The fact that the people are so stupid as to think this will make a big difference makes this a sad day in America.

edit: FYI about taxes... Why don't you take a look at how much the poor people pay in taxes (next to nothing, if they do at all) and then how much they receive in services. I'm not rich, but I'm not an idiot either. The reason there are "tax cuts for the rich" is because the top 50% pays something like 95% of this country's income taxes.

no they are mad because now if a democrat gets into office then they won't get their huge tax breaks and that this time around the man with less money might get a tax break and they might have to pay a little bit more, that and a couple of gay people might get married and some women might have a few abortions here and there, people that they will never know and certainly don't care about, but it's ok though it will give them something to whine and complain about for the next few years while we aren't at war and the economy gets better

You're an idiot. So, somewhere in your pointy little head you think that someone making $2,000 a week is rich and should pay more taxes? Well, that figures out to $104,000 a year and if you have two kids in a mediocre college at about $30,000 a year each, that leaves you $44,000. Out of that comes about $25,000 in various taxes and the net is $19,000.

Someone making $500 a week winds up with $26,000 and pays about $5,000 in taxes. Of course, this persons children have about a bazillion programs out there to pay for their education.

THE POOR MAN? He's netting more than the other guy. See, that's the problem with the Dopey Democrats. They can't even do simple arithmatic.

Yes, the country will go to hell with all your stupid taxes, give-away programs and your bugging out.

Yes, they are mad at those things. Because they are wrong. Our country once kept slaves even though there was no laws in the constitution that specifically said they could or could not. It did not make slave trading OKAY. It was wrong. Wrong is wrong and right is right. Your question is a little silly. If republicans would have won the democrates would be spitting nails right now. Getting angry is a natural response when you can't make people see how they are hurting others. I would rather be poor and know that the morals taught by Christ are being upheld. Oh yea, I already AM considered poor.

Theres only two things i fear with the Dems . One, that my taxes well go up , there already high , i make 1300 every two weeks , 450 of that goes to taxes . So only get about 850 ish every two weeks. But its usually welfare people that get it . welfare is good sometimes but for the most part it abused by the people , so i suffer for working and getting an education . Second , im afraid military funding well get cut , i dont want another 9/11 . just to save some money and give it to the people that dont want to work in USA .

you are the one who seems angry...i am looking forward not back :)

i believe in a two party system and that each party goes in and out of power. it is a good thing. i am a republican but don't vote straight republican, we need a balance of power.

i was very happy that people came out and voted. no matter what the outcome it is the will of the people.

I think the democrats said if they raise taxes it will be for the people who make $250,000 a yr or more, and large corporations.

Because they realize that now the people have spoken thru this election. And the peoples' voice is that they are sick and tired of flawed Republican policies and unjust Republican wars.
