take off spigot and soak in CLR or some such anti mineral agent . Rinse and reinstall and usually that is all there is to it. Just mineral buildup.

If it's just in the one faucet then your problem more than likely lies within that faucet......try turning off the hot water valve under the sink to the faucet.....take the handle off the faucet and remove the stem/cartridge.....you may need a new stem or cartridge whichever one it is.........if it still is low pressure you may need a new valve under the sink......either way you should call a plumber for he knows what to do!

first check the faucet to make sure it's not clogged then the pipes for the same. if not clogged then you have a pressure problem and would need to reduce the size of the pipes from the main line by a fraction. this will increase the pressure.. your best bet is to contact a good plumber.
