That's tough. Only on question? Well, I'd want it to be good... hmmm... "was Jesus gay?"
seriously now... I'm not trying to be offensive. He did travel with a lot of guys... alone for quite sometime. We've seen what happens in prison and the Navy. Not to mention he could turn water into wine and got the boys drunk enough to think he walked on water... I'm sure they were drunk enough for some good ol' college expirmentation...

There would a thousand questions that I'd want to ask, but if I had to chose one, it'd be:
"Is family alright?"
Since we can't come back and tell people what happens when we die, we don't KNOW what happens for sure to us. Do our spirits live? or is that it...the end? If we do somehow go on, what do we do? What happens? I'd want to know if my family is in a safe place, if they're alright, if they're happy, and if they're altogether...where ever they are.

Simple, I'd ask why all the cloak and dagger stuff ? Ask him/her/it come out and say what you have to say, explain why he/she/it let someone write a daft book and let people believe it word for word and make he/she/it look so damn stupid.
If all this was forgotten, I'd ask if the universe is expanding, what is it expanding into.

I'd ask him to come on live TV with me to prove to all those who believe he doesn't exist, wrong.
