How long have you been trying? Up to a year is perfectly normal. Stress can really affect your chances, so if you're stressing out about falling pregnant, that will affect you. Try to relax, and don't EXPECT to get pregnant.

Eat well (both of you), and take exercise daily.

If it has gone on longer than a year then you should start to seek help....go to your doctor in the first case to be referred for tests.

But most of all.....RELAX

Best wishes

Yes, you need to find out if you are ovulating and when that is happening. There are some links below that might help you.
Also, if you have not been checked for PCOS (sometimes just called insulin resistance or pre-diabetes by not reproductive docs) get tested now. If you have PCOS there is help out there for conceiving and if you don't, since that is just about the simplest thing to rule out that effects your fertility it is best to know. (PCOS is purpoted to be the #1 cause of infertility in women)

that's not to much .. if you want to be serious about it try charting your ovulation that way you can make sure you are having loads of sex around the time you ovulate.. have fun with it .. I chart my ovulation but I don't so OH we have to have sex I'm fertile I just go with the flow and it helps me see a the end of the cycle if its likely I am pregnant .. good luck

My husband and I tried for a while just by counting back 14 days from my next period due date as this is roughly when you are meant to ovulate, and we made sure that we had sex around then.

As this didn't work at first, and I am a little impatient, I bought a thermometer and tracked my temperature changes. (Your temperature goes up just before you ovulate). Using this and checking for changes in vaginal discharge (sorry to be gross!) as it is meant to become clear and stretchy just before ovulation. We made sure we tried around then.

This worked for us and I am now 20 weeks pregnant.

Good luck to you!

get your thyroid checked and tell your boyfriend/husband to have his sperm checked.if he does drugs(weed)tell him to cut down or if he's a smoker and or drinker.i was told that i would never be able to have kids because of my thyroid, what that does is if you have thyriod your insides do not grow and you won't be able to have a child.i started to take my pills(once a day for the rest of your life and if it is the problem can work as a fourm of birth control)and now i have 4 kids and i'm 25 years old.so go to your doctor and have that checked they check for it in blood work and if your husband does the things or some of the things i said tell him to cut down a bit and if he says no,then he's not the one to have a baby with.good luck.
