I know this is not of much use to you at the present time, but the next time you buy a printer, get one with separate colour tanks, so that you can change the cyan independantly of the other colours. They usually attempt to print even without any tanks, so being missing a colour or having an empty tank is no problem. Just a hint for the future.

Nearly on all printers you can change it to just print black and white:-)
Preview your page you want to print and there you will find the option to b/w printing

I would guess not. Even when things appear black on the page, sometimes there is a bit of colour in there to make it up. I just wanted to show a bit of solidarity though, this has annoyed me before now.

Yes... when you go to print.. clink print and when the print page comes up.. click on optins and when that comes up.. click on black and white.. or some might have a grayscale on it.. click on that and the black and white will be printed.
