I have always thought in relation to nuclear weapons that the dropping of Atom Bombs on Japanese cities in world war 2 had such drastic results that any country would be very reluctent to take the step of using such unless provoked outside of what would be common sense. I think it has a link with what was called the Domino Theory just after World War II.
In fact, for North Korean, it is a way to defend themselves against capitalism, because they are communist, and create a sort of pressure under the United States, Europe and maybe Japan, which is considered as a target by North Korea.

Nuclear weapons clean the way for international kin. no one needs a nuclear conflict. it somewhat is that easy yet whilst a u . s . develops nuclear weapons it removes the threat of rigidity from different countries, to that end the U. S., and forces international kin to remedy issues. subsequently i'm hoping that Iran too develops nuclear weapons and produces a point enjoying field interior the midsection East by potential of off placing the threat from Israel's nuclear arsenal, and subsequently forcing diplomatic recommendations to the subject concerns that exist there. for people who disagree it somewhat is precisely how the chilly conflict panned out. the two the U. S. and Russia have been in no way going to defeat one yet another militarily and so international kin led to the answer.

They don't have to worry about an attack by Rumsfield and his like and they can develop there own Military Industrial Complex like America, Britain and other so called peace loving countries. Lets not forget Israel has the bomb, even do part of the agreement to it's foundation was that it would not have nuclear power or weapons. So where are the sanctions against them.
