Giving account number to someone is fine but giving your pin number from your account number to someone is a big NO. Keep your pin number only for your self to ensure the safety of your own money.
Giving away your pin number of credit card or atm card to someone, they might take advantage of stealing you personal card since they knowyour pin number and they might use it without your permission.
So better keep it just for your self. Beside that would be for your own safety.

never give your account number or and pin to anyone unless you would prefer to be broke.

Practically speaking no - because without your actually card, he can't do much .. but if u hv given pin to someone, please change is asap.
