We are planning to go to Boracay on the morning of January 5 and leaving January 8 ( mid afternoon ). We have not gotten any reservation for the hotel nor the flight. We have been looking around the internet but they say its too overpriced. If you guys know any travel agency or a recommendation to where we could stay. We want to get a beach front hotel, cottage or room but not too noisy at night so that we could be able to sleep ( we dont want no karaoke bar or club next door keeping us awake the whole night!) If any body could help? Thanks!

Since you want peace and quite during your stay, I recommend staying at Paradise Bay. It's at the back part of the island and it's far from the noise and the parties. http://www.paradise-bay.de/

You can always email or call and ask for room availability and room rates. It's true that room rates are higher when it's published online but once you contact them sometimes they give you a nice discount.

Hope you enjoy your trip in January! =)

I went to boracay in october 9, 2006. I got a package deal for 400 buck for 3 day 2 nights, for two, paid flights, free breakfast, and we stayed at the Regency... It was amazing. I went jet skiing, got a hena tatoo, and went to the cave, Crystal Cove. you need to go there for snorkling. Island hopping is great. Make sure to see the amazing sand castles.
