You can purchase a reliable and fully-featured hard disk drive manager for example Disk Director by Acronis. You'll be able to add some space to the C: partition easily using Disk Director.

OK HERE WE GO 1ST OF ALL YOU SHOULD BACKUP ON A REMOVABLE MEDIA .CD ,DVD ETC. CUZ WHAT HAPPENS IF YOUR HD CRASHES WHERE ARE YOUR BACKUPS ?IN YOUR UNACCESIBLE HD. ARE YOU WITH ME OK .{LOOK AT YOUR LAPTOPS GOODIES] DO YOU HAVE RAID ?IF SO DO YOU HAVE RAID 0 1 OR 5? i KNOW YOU DONT HAVE RAID 5 .ALLRIGHT GO INTO ADMIN TOOLS IN CONTROL PANEL. YOU CAN CHANGE DRIVE LETTERS IN DISK MGMNT. BE CAREFUL BECAUSE IF YOUR BOX IS BOOTING WITH THE CURRENT MBR AND CONTROL SET IF YOU CHANGE THE DRIVE LETTERS IT MAY NOT RUN SO GOOD
