Ok people, we don't have much money at the moment. Had to spend $3000 fixing the car and it is amazing how electricity and other bills get send just before Christmas.
I want to get my wife something different for Christmas, has anyone got any idea's? She is a great women and she deserves something special.

wow! i really wish my husband is like you. i can't imagine my husband worrying enough to go through all the trouble to even ask others for a great idea to give me a gift and announcing to the whole world how great and special he thinks i am. if your wife only knew....but really, women are really simple if your gifts show them that you love them. the classic ones still work. have someone deliver her flowers while you're at work, and you can give her a piece of jewellery that will not eat up your budget and tell her how you saw it and thought about how good it looks on her. you really don't have to think of something different to give her. you alone are an absolute gift to womankind

Enough with the spas and massages!! If you really want to give her something special rent a hotel and do the massage yourself. Ask the front desk for some extra lotion and towels or bring them from home. go out and buy a couple nice smelling soaps, lotion, gels, nail polish, whatever you want, and some freash fruit! wrap it or go to your local flower shop and have them wrap it, and write a special note to her telling her how much you love her! And buala you get lucky!!
You could also just make her a nice dinner the day before, to relax her... or give her a home made gift card saying that tomarrow night is her night!

the Christmas before last I booked my wife into a health spa for a weekend retreat she was massaged manicured pedicured had a complete facial and makeover she came home to a house that myself and her two loving children spent two full days cleaning and I can tell you the lady deserved it she looks after us every day so a 250. 00 dollar week end away a week after Christmas was small change for what my lady does .
But and there is always a but I now have a wife that looks stunning and is more aware of herself so . It was win win for the both of us .

make her an iou book, with things like a masssage from you, a foot pamper, anything luxurious and thoughtful you can think of wich your wife would enjoy, nothing that has a money value though.
maybe burn a cd with her fave songs on, and one with songs that mean stuff to you both

I agree with out of my wits show her this question and that would be enough my husband and brought eachother a small gift last xmas but we choose it so we both loved it i think he brought me a book and I brought him a cd

first of all, if u dont hv the money , forget about hetting a nice gift for yr wife.$3k wont get u anything special enough.
Last xmas, I got my wife a $63000 dollar yacht & a $27000 dollar watch w/diamonds.Now that is what i can special cos she deserves the best.$3k can't do much.sorry dude, money talks...that's life man.
This xmas, she's going to get a 2door lexus coupe jsut for her.only cost $315,0000.she deserves the best

go for a couple's massage or even send her to a day spa to relax, plan a weekend of find the clues and place small gifts aorund the house with little cards telling her where ot search next if she is adventuresome or gift cards, sensual bath oils or lotins that smell good, think about what she currently likes and embellish on that! good luck. really we are not that hard to please as long as you are thoughtful and she gets it!

Buy a ring (not the expensive one), give her at the night, and say with all deep in your heart that you love her, and promise to love her forever. Kiss her and let her decided what will do next.
It looks like old style, but I think it will work because you love each other.

I think if she loves you ,she will appreciate whatever you get her ..she will just know that she is important to you ,spending too much money not always means lots of love...you being honest and good to her ..is the best gift after all.

if you can get her a package to a spa ortherwise if you just simply cant afford anything make her a coupon book put 10 different things in there that you will do for her (things she would normally do) like if she does the laundry put it in there for 2 or 3 loadds of laundry things like that.
