I agree with you. If at all he is worlds best batsman, he need to adapt to team's requirement. If he comes two down , ideally after 20 th over and can stay till end to stabilise the innings.

We people from sub-continent are very strange. We want our heroes to perform always and if they fail we start talking nonsense. And these are the fans in sub-continent who decide the future of any sports star. Sachin is old enough and he has been serving the Indian cricket for a fairly long time now. It will be unfair to expect a hundred or a match winning performance from him in every match. But unfortunately this is our collective character that first we make someone "Devta" and then disgrace him. I, as a Pakistani fan of little master, believe that he is quite ok as an opener and can still serve the Indian cricket for two more years, atleast.

Sachin is a dynamic player, started his career at age 16, earned lot of publicity and good name in International Cricket World. Now days he is finding difficulty to maintain his stand in his own team because of lot of expectations and pressure on him.

You put this batsman anywhere in the team, he has the ability to score runs but not in his present frame of mind. He can be used as an experienced hand in the team and need to play big matchs like semi-finals and finals only.

It will be an ideal position in the interest of the team if Team Management play Wasim Jaffar to open with Virendra Shewag

No. Sachin should not be a part of ODI's anymore. Let him continue his career in TV advertisement.

Yes. He should definitely come down in the order. If he comes at 5, when India is in trouble i.e; losing early wickets, Sachu can save us 4m the trouble.

hi frnd, INDIAN team i believe is full of talent what lags behind is their proper use we know sachin is a perfect opener , and with ppl like yuvi, dravid, laxman, kaif, mongia, dhoni, pathan we dont need to worry much abt middle order.

No,his position is good.We expect so much from him.If you compare the performance,he is still the best. in Indian teamSo why are we questioning so much about him? Just because he is not playing like he used to when is was in 20's? It's not fair!
