Who needs unused cell phones?

I have an unused cell phone and I have heard that some organizations can use them. Any suggestions?

sometimes local abuse shelters can use them chek out www.shelteralliance.net and there is a website: www.phones4charity.org that may help you with a place and last but not least you may want to check your local red cross office they may take them for displaced persons to use when an emergency happens. hope u don't get greedy people asking u to give 'em. what i do with unused mobiles is to give a sibling, and that's even when it's dead beyond repair cos u'll be amazed what they turn 'em to. i also wanted to give my cousin my t630 for xmas...too bad it got stolen, maybe i'll give him my k750i when i get another sony ericsson.

u could also do what lil mac suggested, like d sound of it but it doesn't happen around here, cheers.

See if you have a local DOVE. It is an organization that houses victims of domestic violence. I know that they can use them.

sometimes the boy scouts collect them, not sure what they do with them tho, maybe donate them to like the salvation army or something
