Just wanted to see how many people are actually using those hard earned and not so cheap college degrees in their current job? I am.... I got my EMT-Basic and I am working as a basic in an er, while going to med school.

Ha ha - NO!!!
Art, Drama, English, Spanish and Sport.....!!!
And I'm an Estate Agent... I didn't even get asked if I had any studies when my boss took me on!! He still doesn't know I'm actually qualified in anything!!
Oh well...

well cockerel for use your college degrees to be a EMT-Basic while go to med school hope you all the luck in the would on get your degrees

I needed my degree to get my present job. It was good help because there was quite some competition.
I don't really use the skills in my every day work....experience, concentration and eagerness to do things right are much more valuable to me then school theory.

I've got a pretty important job, but I never went to university or anything. I dropped out of school when I was 16 to go travelling.

I don't have a college degree. I am doing quite well for myself. I am using alot of stuff that was taught in school however in my job.

It took a while, but yes, I'm using my degree.
I majored in communications/print media
and am working as an editor.
