As far as looking beautiful, can't help you there... That's a matter of perspective. But to make your skin "glow" just find a facial scrub that you like and use it regularly. They don't cost much usually, and they help clear the pores and remove dead skin that makes your skin look dull.

apply papaya fruit on face.if u have alovera gel apply it on the skin. there are so many things which i cant explain here.
