1. Don't spit in their food.
2. Don't drop their drinks on their head.
3. Don't swear at the customer. (unless they deserve it)
4. Don't steal their credit card numbers.
5. Don't serve cold food.
6. Don't taste test their food in front of them.
7. Don't say your managers name.
8. Don't ignore them.
9. If you Don't know something, pretend you do until you find out for sure.
10. Do: always smile and be kind even though in your head your thinking that they are the most annoying piece of crap and you want to slam their face in the fryer.

01) customer turnover (keep em flowing and tables cleaned and set quickly in your section), the more customers the more tips, nes pa

02) get orders right, and do little unexpected extras

03) do not drop or spill orders on cuastomers

04) courtesy, the customer is always right even when wrong
