The Hyalobates , which is a type of Ape, belonging to the order Primata (the same order as humans) is known to be the cleanest animal of the world. It spends majority of its time grooming itself, cleaning its hairy coat and even using water to brush out the dirt which is impossible to remove by hand-picking.

Scientifically there's no answer, but I would say the sea otter. If you watch a sea otter, even for 5 minutes, they'll spend 99% of their time cleaning and pruning their fur. They do this not only to keep their fur clean, but to keep air in their fur. If they didn't clean as often, they wouldn't be successful at swimming or floating, which would affect everything from eating to sleeping.

Cats eat mice, yeow...I would say, the goat. eats grass and stay out doors where it can bathe when it rains and sunbathe when it shines..lol.
