On an atomic level we will still exist. Even before we existed in human terms, we existed on an atomic level. So in a sense, we have always existed and always will exist.

You are confusing a number of unrelated issues here.
Nobody has ever proven that consciousness is in any way related to energy.
"Death" is not a term that can be used in relation to energy, since energy is never "alive" in the first place.
Some theories support the notion that energy and matter are interchangeable forms of the same thing (E=mc^2).
This is where the notion of reincarnation comes from. Our bodies (matter) turns into energy through incineration, rotting, etc, which then turns back into matter again. Maybe we do come back as other living things!

In short answer to your question I ask you to consider this:
"Light is energy made from a battery and energy never dies. Does this mean that the battery lives forever?"
I think not. The mere fact that energies are 'created' (a notion you seem not to have irrevocably proven) does not necessarily mean that WE are immortal. It is simply the energy that is forever.
Another point. We have iron elements throughout our body. Yet when this iron element makes up the structure of a bridge, we do not consider the iron to be living.
I think that your reasoning, while enticing, is much more conjecture than fact. Sorry.

Our energy does not come from our brain. Our energy inputs are air, food and water. Also, there is spiritual energy and waves. The brain receives energy.

Yes you are right. You live forever. Its your body that dies and not you. You keep experiencing things that are consequences of your deeds.

Correct! The matter that created this solar system, is still with us! That includes your matter or atoms! It makes you think, doesn't it? It does not make any difference whether we are cremated, when we die, or just buried! we still hang around as atoms! Do you realise that Jesus atoms are still on this earth? Wow!
