2 to 4 trains per hour from London Bridge to Greenhithe station (roughly 45 mins jny). Nothing direct from Victoria, though you could change at Dartford. From Greenhithe station take 'Fastrack' bus route B (generally every 10 minutes). Only a short ride. Alternatively take any train to Dartford from London Bridge (roughly 35-40 mins journey - generally 8 per hour) then bus from Dartford Station (Home Gardens stop, down steps - opposite Orchard Theatre). At least 20 buses per hour most of the time, various route numbers - 'B' and 96 are the most frequent. Journey from Dartford station is longer than from Greenhithe, but still only 10-15 mins. National Express do go direct from Victoria Coach station to Bluewater, but they're not terribly frequent.

By train, there is a direct service from London Bridge to Greenhithe (which is the station for Bluewater) and takes 40-50 minutes, dependant on which service you get.
Cheap day return is £6.70
From London Victoria, it will take over an hour, and involve a change.

www.theaa.com and go to travel and route planner. It will describe a full route for you.
If you drive of course.
if you need public transport then I suppose you need to pick up the phone.
You could hire a canoe and paddle East up the Thames and get off near Dartford.

Try the National Rail Enquiries website. You put in where you are travelling from & to, and it tells you train times and lengths of journey, and you can compare them.

I recommend www.theaa.com routeplanner as well
otherwise, navigator systems are reasonably cheap nowadays and getting better all the time.
