i need what public is feeling about animated movies when compared to live movies?

Interesting question. Well, in my case, it just depends on the mood, on the situation and, of course, on the subject of the movie or the anime. Sometimes, the realism of a movie is a bit disturbing for me. And those are the times when I prefer watching anime, because anime doesn't have limits when it comes to creativity and it can expand the expression of creativity much easier. I've also noticed that despite some people's opinions that anime are just regular cartoons which are only watched by children and immature persons, some anime shows (Ouran High School Host Club for example) are smarter, more mature and contain many more strongly creative elements than a movie.
However, there are also moments when anime doesn't seem exactly realiable for me. Yes, that's the term, reliable (although it might seem odd to use it.) I usually like indulging in stories, hoping to escape in other worlds. And in order to be able to fully allow myself to enjoy and live in those 'worlds' as I call them, I need them to have a strong structure and an overall reasonable base. Sometimes, due to the exaggerated silliness and unnatural fantasy elements found in anime, I don't find them reliable and then I'd rather turn to movies. Like I said, it just depends on my mood and on the situation.
(Damn, I really sound like an otaku. Lol.)

5 to 7 years of production...take days to render one frame...lots of animator...well yes animated movies are worth watching. They take us somehwere we wish to be...a place surrounded by colorful characters...i wouldnt like it to compare animated movies with live one...both are of totally different genre and both have their own distinct features.
