No it is not possible for U to visit the website after U have deleted the HISTORY it is possible only when U R going to go for a detail bill on the webhistory U have browsed or U have to go to the Web Browser addess and must get it.

Open the IE browser. Click on the Tools > Internet Options. Click Clear history. You can change the no. of days to save the history.
If u want to delete the offline content, click on the delete files, cookies.
