I think you have used the wrong cleanser. Although your skin appears to be on the oily side, but try not to use cleansers that makes you feel tight and dry after washing. A suitable cleanser should make you feel light, clean, and hydrated. The skin will sense that it needs more oil to moisturise because it feels the lack of moisture on the face, and in turn produce more sebum.
Apply a toner to "close"the pores, then the moisturiser.
Your makeup maybe too oily for you, try those non creamy or non oil based type.Look out for water based type.
Apply Loose Powder on your face after your foundation to set the makeup and to make your foundation last longer.
After your moisturiser, wait for awhile b4 applying your foundation, wait for the moisturiser to set in, pat lightly on your face to allow it to absorb.
If it is too oily, use a tissue and lightly blot on the face to absorb excess moisturiser that may be the cause of the oiliness.
if ur touching up after a long day, do not apply the shine free powder immediately, use a tissue of oil blotter to blot away the oil then apply the powder. The makeup will last longer this way.

The cleanser that you are using maybe too harsh for your skin. Also don't over wash your face...that can cause over production of sebum(oil). Use a mild cleanser in the morning and to shrink your pores you can use a clay mask( I like Queen Helene Mint Julep Clay mask). You only have to use the mask 1-2 times a week. Use a gentle toner like witch hazel daily. Use that after you have washed your face and used the mask. After using the toner apply an oil free moisturizer. That will help your makeup stay fresher longer. If you have to touch up your makeup during the day I recommend that you purchase blot papers to suck up oil and use a blot powder. Mac has a great blot powder. It doesn't cake up on the skin.

Try using something mild like Clinique, use the cleansing regimen and then try and use natural makeup like baremineral, this stuff is good for your skin and it doesn't clog your pores and it doesn't feel like you are wearing a heavy coat of makeup. Before you put on your makeup make sure to let your moisturizer get into your skin, if have oily skin, so you may want to use a light moisturizer.
Good luck.

First, try an astringent on your pores, they will minimize, before your makeup. All makeup will do is settle into your pours, you need to reduce them. Try a tinted moisturizer, giving you 2 steps in one, eliminating the makeup and not looking over made-up. Your shinefree powder needs to be put on with a large makeup brush, using loose powder and lightly dusting your face. Make sure to get along your neck and hairline with it so you don't have "draw" lines. Good Luck!

To get the best result for your makeup, the skin care is really important. If you have a problem with your skin, even you wear the high end brand makeup, your face will still look not good.
focus to your skin care first, use the oil-free one.
use base/primer to prepare your face before you makeup.

When your skin gets shiny it means your skin is secreting sebum (oil). Dont put anypoweder on top of that, it will clog your pores and they will become more visible over time. Use oil blotting sheets (like clean&clear or clinique). They absorb all the oil on your face without taking off your make up. :)
