Is this available online. To be more exact I would like to know about their policy on pregnant workers. Leaves that they grant and the government's health care provisions etc.

if your are in the private sector u are entitled to 2 months maternity paid leave, but if you're in the goverment sector you get 3 months maternity paid leave. If your company does not follow this rule you can always take action and sue them.
