When surfing foreign sites I often get a page full of ???????????? and other silly symbols, prior to having windows XP ie windows 2000 I never had such a problem is there a way to view original text of the site you are visiting rather than having a page full of
????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????, ?
The majority of sites for this problem mainly seem to be asian sites, your help would be greatly appreciated, cheers in advance.

its because you have not downloaded and installed the necessary language plugin to your Xp that contains such characters. if you wanna see such characters, then if i know well you can install it from your windows office install CD.

Yes , you are right that this type of symbols often suffers on foreign sites pages .This may cause due to installing new window than original one changing the language .
on the other, hand it happens lack of language fonts on which you want to get original page .
This type of problem not only seen in Asian sites but also seem another sites . In English site it happens rarely

Download the language plug in. Ussually came from China, krean or japanese
