I want to update my iPod video to 1.2 but it says i need a firmware file. Does any one have any ideas?

i updated to itunes 7. I purchased a video, but it said i needed to update my ipod to version 1.2 for the video to sync to my ipod. Does any one have any ideas?

Just connect your iPod to your P.C. or MAC-then click Refresh.
The iPod will automatically search for Updates(Or at least it does on a Mac anyway)
If you are running from a P.C. -then there may have to be manual searches for updates and subsequent installations of these!
