From what I know a 'typo' is another word for a typographical error. A mistake made during typing.

Actually means typographical error for which the typist is responsible. But it is also a subtle way to tell the writer about his spelling mistake.

typo is the short and mainly online used version of typing error or typographical error... in other words if you wright wehn or whem instead of whe by accident, then then that is a typo:) i do that too, waay so many times: imho typos are evil;)
