Windows administration involves the following....
1. Installing - Installing windows client and server operating system on the computers.
2. Configuring - Configuring DNS, DHCP, RAS, FTP, IIS, Active Directory, Mail Server, etc
3. Trouble shooting - Various problems involved in above two
4. Maintainance - Backup Solution etc.
Its a good job. But if you are a new guy, Start your carreer with linux platform instead of windows. You will be miles ahead. Take my word. I am a windows administrator. You will also get abroad changes and paid well too....
