YES ...specifically in 1/3 population of the world that has arranged mariages (no dating at all) and they belive in LOVE after marriage concept.

Also, with money you can buy love of your family members, friends, charitable organizations.

The only thing money cannot buy is health.

Money can't BUY love, but it sure can improve it! Most couples argue about money,so if you remove the money factor it helps!

The cultures that believe in arranged marraige assume that any human beings can fall in love. It happens all the time.

With this said, money can make the waiting period between meeting and falling in love, easier, harder, shorter, etc.
