Sometimes I'm scared to stand up for myself (depends what it is) and sometimes I do back down

Passive-aggressive
This is what I am, I tend 2 stand up 2 others but at the same time i dislike fighting. Being scared is natural, I believe. But doesn't mean u have 2 allow others 2 know it. Even when u stand up 2 them, chances r u r freaking out inside. It's because u don't know how they will respond 2 u either way. I can take care of my own and I know this, but it's the fact that i have 2 get into an altercation 2 do it. The outcome of a bad situation, I would say, is what is so scary 4 people like myself.
Just b yourself, don't let people push u 2 b someone ur not!
