I will not go with the majority here. Simply based on looks alone, I vote for Pete Burns as the freakier of the two. Did anyone actually SEE what he looks like?? All that plastic surgery is AWFUL beyond words. And can you believe his wife accepts this? UGH! :-o

Define "freak" for me, then I'll tell you. I personally think Ted Nugent is a bigger freak, for hunting and killing animals.
