Finally, she is getting rid of that good-for-nothing husband of hers. I guess she will be focusing on re-establishing her career now and of coz, taking care of her two sons. What do you think?

I feel Ms. Spears will be embarking on her 4th career. Her first was the innocent cute girl icon(baby one more time)her second was when she became a sex symbol(oops I did it again)this had a nast hangover from little girls still trying to dress in her image, but her ratings with guys 18-35 went through the roof. Her third career was when she became trashy(kfed)and now she will try to recapture america's, and really the world's heart again. I will be impressed for her a little. Though she made the choice to throw it all away and become a trashball, I'm rooting for her to shed that image and raise her kids right and become a respectable woman.

I dunno...maybe he was a jerk...but she married him......a hundred years ago divorce was a seldom heard word...maybe we arent as smart as we think...I mean....no one thinks about the kids...just themselves...he should get a job and she should be supportive...thats how a relationship works...so I think theyre both at fault....we just hit the divorce button hoping probs will disappear...but it's likely that multiple marriages will ensue until the individuals mature enough...we're so preoccupied w/ external measures of gratification that we don't see the child looking to us for guidance...we want what we want and we want it now...forget the consequences...

she is always filing for divorce it was only a few months ago she divorce papers drawn up then she changed her mind. And kev wont agree to a divorce he wants to have more and more children because as agreed in their pre nup for every child he gets so much money from her..... But i hope for hers and the boys sake she does finally get rid of him

yep...just saw it on the news...speculation rose when she didn't wear he wedding ring on letterman earlier in the week...she'll take care of kids then refocus...on career...
