i tried to go to my computer/settining/user/ but i can't find the send to option,but is not there
when i tried to drag a file to my cd drive.i got the message:
cannot copy files to this drive,files on this drive are for read only,

You mean to say that your D: drive is your CD: Drive? Well, you cannot directly copy files to your CD: Drive. You need to have A CD Burner and a CD RW Driver for that.

Is it Your D Drive is CD.?
If it is CD then You need The CD Writer or Combo Drive or DVD Writer
and your media must CD R/W or DVD R/W
before you can make it drag n drop you must format your
CD as UDF format.
Then your CD R/W will work as DISK

when downloading or installing a program select the drive you want the porgram to go to, it is that simple
