she told me that people says i am bitchy and act cute . but actually . i din . and i found out that she made up all those things to make me upset . y ? is she jealous ?

sounds like jealousy to me. people who are jealous of you can cause you a lot of trouble because they will say things about you that aren't true, try to turn friends against you, ruin your reputation, etc....
the best thing you can probably do, is ignore this person for the time being, and don't tell her any of your business.
hopefully, in time, she will do some growing up and see how silly this is making her look.

Usually when people make up stuff about other people then that prolly means that they're jealous. And i think its stupid i have had people make up stuff about me and it ticked me off but you know what don't let that girl bring you down or tick you off because if she does then that is when you confront her on why she is doing it. If she is making this up for no reason then yeah i would say that she is jealous but if you did something to her to make her say those things about you then no i just think she is trying to get back at you but yeah she needs to stop what shes doing.

Yea, shes jealous! people who want to be ur friend do that so u nodice them! They dont want to be leaft out! And probley u get all the boys because u are pretty. So she probley want to make all the boys not like you and like herself!
