This is not supposed to be a perverted question, I'm very concerned about this weird thing and I want to know if it's harmful.

I am 13 years old, male, I'm starting to go through Puberty and I've got a growthspurt already and I'm starting to experience growth in my nipples. I know it sounds weird but my left one is bigger than my right. When I feel it, there's a little hard thing inside that I can feel. I don't feel it in my other one.

What is this? Should I ask a doctor?

They are normal, it's a swelling of what would be mammary glands in women, in a few months or years they will go away and not be sensative anymore.

It is normal. My boy was like that at age 13 also. Now he is 14 1/2 and it has gone away. You are probably fine.

Don't worry, younger brother. Things are perfectly normal. Don't be surprised at the changes in your body for the next few years.

*Change in answer* if you squeeze it and are feeling something hard, it most likely is your breast muscle (yes, it is considered a breast on men also if you werent sure about what I said). But if it is not the muscle you are feeling, I'd suggest asking your doctor about it; but dont forget to run it past your parents first.
