Because you never truly know how people really feel about you. Some people will smile in your face and talk about you behind your back. Some may truly be your friends. But then there is that other majority(in this day and age) That is why they they can be secret. It is because we have a lot of two-faced people in the world today. May God Bless

It's possible. If you hate someone and that someone thinks you like him, you can consider that as secret enemies..
