Chomsky tells the story of the pirate and Alexander the Great.
Alexander's navy has captured the pirate and he is brought before the great man. Alexander asked him why does he think he as the nerve to rob others on the high seas?
The captain replies "I do it with one ship and you call me a pirate. You do it with a thousand ships and they call you an Emperor!"
Either one respects the rule of law, or one doesn't. Look at the Bush record.

George Bush didn't personally do anything you say he did in your question. I guess you just want to see how many people will agree or not agree with you because I don't see how your question improves the quality of yahoo answers.

Skin color, family inheritance, money, money, democracy, money, wealth, and money.
One is smart (which one?)
One does what he's told, one tells people what to do.
One got rich from oil in texas, one got rich from oil in Iraq.
One kills people in the name of his country, one kills people in his country for his own name.
