Nope. Unless of course I have a severe problem, but if I have ANY sense of hesitancy, I don't go to the party.
Some people have to poo alot, if you are one of those kind, try hotels/motels the restrooms are on the first floor and usually very clean if you have to make a stop.
Just walk in confidently and no one should question you.
PS - If you are just sleepy (a party pooper) then take your own car prior to arriving so you can leave early or tell a friend that you dose off early and need a right back.

Well, when ya gotta go, you gotta go and it's better to stink up the bathroom than stink up the whole house when you poop in your pants because you were too vain to go the bathroom!
