other than the federal government I would look into
the catholic church, oil companies/utilities, with food type corporations (like conagra) coming in third maybe

I am not certain but I bet if you did some research you would find that the US GOvernment and its various agencies including air force bases, national parks/forests/BLM land, BofR land, is going to be the winner.

I think it is the US Government and State Government. They are the only reason we have our great National Parks and State Parks. Otherwise, the rich would own them and we wouldn't have access and be able to enjoy the beauty.
