Of course.
Bush, Cheney, and their posse should all be investigated.

I'd like to see us investigate what happened, but putting them on trial would be a waste of time. The new Democratic majority needs to get to work on raising the Minimum Wage, expanding healthcare to all children, fixing Medicare so that we can negotiate better prescription drug prices, coming up with a sensible way to leave Iraq...there just isn't enough time or political capital to continue this partisanship.

As a Dem. (happy as hoot right now) ... I have to say, I hope not.
The Dems should not make the same mistake that the Reps. made under Clinton ... thinking that the job of the opposition party is to mount a full-scale attack on the President. Attack out of vindictiveness is not in the interest in the country.
I'm hoping the Dems show more class than the Republicans did.

Technically speaking, yes, but they won't due to bringing in a war criminal. Saddam H. is going to be punished for his actions but as somebody mentioned that the people who misinformed the president should be tried is not accurate. Bush should have done more investigating to show proof and as the first rule of leadership, he is responsible for making the decision.

YES!!!!! These pro Bush people are trying to point the fingers at everybody else for Bush's mistakes, I dont beleive they were mistakes in GW's eyes, he knew exactly what he was doing, he was just finishing what his father started and nothing was going to stop him... This was all a plan from the beginning of his first term...He should face the harshest of penalties allowed by law...I am sure there will be a few..

Get over it. Newsflash to some of the mass idiots that seem to populate this board. There has been investigation after investigation on everything that Bush has been accused of. You need one important thing.....FACTS!!!!! Just because Michael Moore says something, it doesn't mean it's true. If everything was so obvious and the so called facts were true, then he would have major legal problems. You are listening to the liberals way too much and have not based your beliefs on the facts.

No. recover from your Bush hater mentality and supply up soaking up the mainstream medias thoughts of utter dispair. you're able to understand theres no money or rankings in reporting something effective, thats common. And in case you prefer to place GWB on trial, be honest approximately it and positioned all of those that voted to circulate to conflict on trial, too.
