myself working in a office in administration and I want to learn more and more about the trick in drafting business letters and if there is any websight regarding this olease inform me.

My personal opinion is, the more letters you read the more you see ways to write that you can either adopt or avoid. Formatting is the easy part, that you can get from a business letter wizard on your WP or your MS WOrd.

I try to use lots of connecting sentences that are short. I write active fun to read words. I do not waste any words or repeat ideas. I always use topic sentences personally.
