Why not women? They enjoy sex just as much as men, we just aren't as desperate to get some lol. Well I never knew about masturbation for the first 2 years of my teenhood, I didn't start till I was 15. So I went 2 years without it and here's what it's like. You get weird thoughts and fetishes, the smallest things turn you on and you get weird sex cravings, like I just wanted to put random things in my...you know, for no reason (for men, they would want to put it in weird things) your body will panic because it feels the need to reproduce, so it wont really know what to do and you'll find yourself sex crazy, you'll have sex dreams like every night, wet dreams to I think, I'm not sure tho I've never had one. So masturbation is completely healthy and should be done when necassary to avoid going insane.

To go whole year with out masturbating would take great deal of will power and hope that in that time you never get horny in any way shape or form. When that year is up and shoot a load look out it will be one strong and powerful load.

It depends. If you are very busy of your works, your serious problems and your hobbies. I think, one year looks like one day, you will not have a time for masturbation.
But if you are married, you will never do that, you have already your wife to have sex. That's more enjoyable than masturbate.

Yes, of course! It might be uncomfortable, but he can certainly do it. Some men (albeit rare men) go through life without ever masturbating or even withou thaving the impulse to.
But why would you want to?

absolutely not!
the key ingredient to a man's overall health includes emptying out the prostate gland on a regular basis.
this has to happen.
prostatitis is viscious,
you face this as you get older,
and not emptying out will cause early onset.
only a man who has ever had this would say
right on.
so listen now.
told you so !

*Chuckles* Its like the old saying "Women fake orgasms, men can fake entire relationships" Besides, if you've ever been on any form of antidepression medicaiton, then you know "Mr Happy" won't work most of the time anyway- so yeah, its possible to go decades without an orgasm

There are many who go without that. It is not the necessary precondition for your existence.
