Kids are always beautiful my freind. And marrying anyone outside your community is even worth a pat on back. Conversion to Islam etc. should be just ignored - if mandatory - just do it. Life, love and happiness has not connection to religions.

itz not about religion - itz about how they look. arab women are supposed to be beautiful, and the guy has to be from some fair-skinned country or place, then only will they have beautiful-looking kids. i'm not sayin that dark-skinned and fair complexion doesn't result in beautiful kids {i know many couples lyk this} , but when it's fair-skinned + fair-skinned the kids are bound to be beautiful.

Actually under Islamic scriptures Muslim women can only marry Muslim men, while Muslim men can marry only Muslim, Christian or Jewish women.
If she doesn't mind go ahead. My last girlfriend was Muslim, but she drank wine, ate shellfish and wouldn't give a cedar fig if I was Muslim, Christian or Taoist.
