Bleach is made using chemicals, and you can only buy it from the market.
Lemon is a natural bleach, and you can mix it with honey and apply it to your face, but it will not work like a bleach does, ie, it will not lighten facial hair. It just brightens the compexion, and over time, it lightens it slightly.

A simple home made bleach consists of 25ml of hydrogen peroxide (20 volumes) to be mixed with 20 drops of ammonia (household ammonia or ammonia water). Talcum powder can be added to this to make a paste.

But it is always a safer bet to buy your bleach from the cosmetic section in a store...coz u cud mess up with the mixing and damage your skin.
