i am turning 12 in 3 weeks, and my penis is 7 inches when soft, when hard it never stand up high enough like my friend's... what do I do to get it up there?

You are almost 12 and it's the wrong time to be comparing penises with friends because you are all growing at different rates. Don't worry, it will get up there in it's own sweet time.

First of all, at age 12 you have nothing to worry about. Your body is still developing and will be for five or six more years. Secondly, why are you seeing your friends penis erect anyway?
