That's the Abomination, another Marvel character who was irradiated with gamma rays. He is even more drastically mutated than Hulk, and stronger, if I recall correctly. But Hulk has usually beaten him in the past. The man who became the Abomination does not lose his memory or his intelligence when he changes. That is his limitation, because he can't get stronger, while the Hulk can, so eventually the Hulk beats him. Look him up in Marvel Directory.

the abomination is stronger than the hulk, hands down. while they are both in the 100+ton weight class, a class only shared by 1 other; thor, the hulk can grow stronger,but the abomination seems to be at the same level.
